Chlancey joined EnergySolutions, Inc in July of 2026 as an Outside Salesperson covering Kansas and Western Missouri.  He brings over 12 years of utility and manufacturing experience. He started his career as a Journeyman Lineman and rolled into the utiltiy manufacturing world as a Field Trainer and Sales Representative. He has partnered with utilities and contractors to provide training, technical support, and industry solutions. His hands-on field experience and customer-focused approach help him build strong relationship through the region.
